Toronto's favourite "gay folk church music" proponents, The Hidden Cameras, will be back with a new Outside Music album called Awoo on August 15.Singer/songwriter Joel Gibb and his large cast of Cameras have been keeping a relatively low profile while creating the follow-up to 2004's critically acclaimed Mississauga Goddam. The group's last local high-profile appearance was in November when they were part of the Toronto Dance Theatre production, In The Boneyard. The musical featured all new Cameras music, penned by Gibb, and much of it will appear on Awoo.
