NEW ALBUM!

Our new album, "6 Billion People" is at the pressing plant, and should be out in May/June, but we will be selling advance copies at our April shows. This 10 track CD will be released by Fortuna POP! (Europe) and Matinée Recordings (America).

The tracklisting for the album is:

   6 Billion People
   Talking Backwards
   Inuit Beauty Queen
   I Would Die For You
   Applecore
   Fahrenheit 451
   Ampersand
(I Always Love You When I’m) Leaving You
   Dreaming of Dreaming
   Dead and Gone

On most of the album, Tender Trap are joined by Claudia Gonson (Magnetic Fields) on drums and backing vocals.

You can get a sneaky preview of four of the album tracks at http://www.indiepages.com/matinee/catalog/cd040.html.

GIGS!

In April, we will be playing our first gigs for over 2 years, both in London.

Thurs 13th April: How Does It Feel To Be Loved? @ The Windmill,  Blenheim Gardens, Brixton. With Fosca and Strange Idols. Doors open 7.30pm. Advance tickets £5 from http://www.wegottickets.com/event/9462.

Saturday 15th April (afternoon): Fortuna POP! RoTa @ Notting Hill Arts Club, 21 Notting Hill Gate. Free. Doors open 4pm. Entry first come first served. With Cannonball Jane and Simon Fanfarlo.

For the very first time we will have a real live drummer (Claudia Gonson) in place of our faithful old CD player. Apologies for only playing 18+ venues in London - we hope to expand our horizons both age-wise and location-wise soon!

DJ-ING!

On Friday 7th April, Amelia will be guest DJ-ing at  How Does It Feel To Be Loved? at the Canterbury Arms, Canterbury Crescent, Brixton, London, SW9 7QD. £3 for members, £5 for non-members. Membership free from http://www.howdoesitfeel.co.uk.

The club runs 9pm-2am, and Amelia will be doing a 90 minute girl-based set, sometime between 10pm and midnight. Get your dancing shoes on.
